Julio was born in Brooklyn, NY but moved to Florida in 1989. He became a hair stylist in 1991, after his training through South Tech University. With over 23 years of experience, Julio's areas of expertise include cut/ styling and coloring. Julio also has advanced training in color through Wella, Vidal Sasson, Goldwell, Redkin & Paul Mitchell. He strives for complete client satisfaction through a detailed consultation and above and beyond customer service.
